Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

1. Manuscript Submission

1.1 Online Submission

  • All manuscripts must be submitted through our online submission system. Authors must register and follow the submission instructions provided.

1.2 Manuscript Preparation

  • Manuscripts must be written in English and formatted according to the journal's template.
  • The submission file must be in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.

2. Manuscript Structure

2.1 Title Page

  • Title: Concise and informative.
  • Author Information: Full names, affiliations, and email addresses of all authors.
  • Corresponding Author: Indicate the corresponding author with contact details.

2.2 Abstract

  • Provide an abstract of 150-250 words that summarizes the key points of the manuscript.

2.3 Keywords

  • Include 4-6 keywords that represent the main topics of the manuscript.

2.4 Main Text

  • Introduction: State the purpose of the research, provide background information, and review relevant literature.
  • Methods: Describe the research methodology in detail, including materials, procedures, and analysis techniques.
  • Results: Present the research findings clearly, using tables and figures as necessary.
  • Discussion: Interpret the results, discuss their implications, and compare them with previous studies.
  • Conclusion: Summarize the main findings and suggest future research directions.

2.5 References

  • Use the IEEE citation style for referencing. Ensure all references are cited in the text and listed in the reference section.

3. Figures and Tables

3.1 Figures

  • Submit figures in high resolution (minimum 300 dpi). Acceptable formats include JPEG, PNG, and TIFF.
  • Each figure must be numbered and accompanied by a caption.

3.2 Tables

  • Tables should be created using the table function in Word.
  • Each table must be numbered and include a title.

4. Supplementary Materials

  • Authors can submit supplementary materials such as datasets, additional figures, or multimedia files. These should be uploaded separately during submission.

5. Ethical Considerations

5.1 Plagiarism

  • Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. The journal uses plagiarism detection software to check all submissions.

5.2 Conflicts of Interest

  • Authors must disclose any financial or personal relationships that could influence their work. A competing interests statement must be included in the manuscript.

5.3 Ethical Approval

  • Research involving human participants or animals must have ethical approval. Authors must provide details of the ethical approval in the manuscript.

6. Peer Review Process

  • All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process.
  • Reviewers will evaluate the manuscript based on originality, significance, methodology, and clarity.
  • The review process typically takes 4-6 weeks. Authors will be notified of the decision (accept, minor revisions, major revisions, reject) via email.

7. After Acceptance

7.1 Proofreading

  • Authors will receive proofs for correction before publication. It is the author's responsibility to review and approve the final version.

7.2 Copyright

  • Authors must sign a copyright transfer agreement before publication. The journal allows authors to retain copyright and grants the journal a license to publish.

8. Publication Charges

  • There are no submission fees. However, authors may be required to pay an article processing charge (APC) upon acceptance to cover publication costs. Details on APCs can be found on the journal's website.
