Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Copyright Notice for Journal of Data Science and Informatics
1. Copyright Ownership
- Authors retain the copyright of their work and grant the Journal of Data Science and Informatics (JDSI) a license to publish the manuscript.
- The journal is published under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License (CC BY-SA), which allows others to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the work, even commercially, as long as the original work is properly cited and any derivative works are distributed under the same license.
2. License Agreement
- By submitting a manuscript, authors agree to the following terms:
- The submitted manuscript is an original work and has not been published elsewhere.
- Authors grant JDSI the right to publish the submitted manuscript under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License (CC BY-SA).
- Authors retain the right to use the content in future works (such as lectures, press releases, and reviews), provided proper acknowledgment of the original publication in JDSI is given.
3. Author Responsibilities
- Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce any material (such as figures, tables, or text excerpts) from other publications. This includes providing proper attribution in the manuscript.
4. Third-Party Content
- Any third-party content included in the manuscript must be clearly identified and cited. Authors must ensure that they have the necessary rights to include this content in their work.
